We are seeking Ceremonies Coordinator for one of international football tournaments taking place in the Kingdom . This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering world-class matchday ceremonies that will be broadcast to millions of viewers globally.
If you are enthusiastic about football, national pride, live events, and representing Saudi Arabia on the global stage, this role offers hands‑on experience within a major international sporting event environment.
Role OverviewThe Ceremonies Coordinator will support the planning, rehearsal, and delivery of all official matchday ceremonies across tournament venues. This includes player walkouts, national anthems, flag ceremonies, trophy presentations, and other protocol‑driven elements that showcase the prestige of the competition and the Kingdom’s hospitality.
You will work closely with international event professionals while contributing local expertise, cultural knowledge, and operational coordination on the ground.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate matchday ceremony elements including flags, anthem protocols, branding, and field‑of‑play staging.
- Support rehearsals with volunteers, performers, military bands (if applicable), and flag bearers.
- Liaise with stadium operations, security, broadcast, and team services to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in managing ceremony equipment, props, accreditation access, and timing schedules.
- Ensure all ceremonies are delivered in compliance with international football event standards.
- Act as a key point of coordination between local suppliers and the central ceremonies team.
- Support VIP and trophy presentation logistics.
- Provide Arabic‑English bilingual support where required.
