Visual Communications Specialist

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

The Visual Communications Specialist is responsible for leading the visual expression of S-Cube Consulting's work across client projects and external communications. This role goes beyond graphic design to include visual storytelling, coordination with external creative partners, and ensuring that all visual outputs align with S-Cube's brand standards and client requirements.

The role supports research, programs, and business development by translating complex content into clear, compelling visual narratives. It also oversees and coordinates photo and video production partners to ensure high-quality, consistent, and impactful visual outputs.

• Design all client-facing materials, including research and evaluation reports, presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
• Develop visual layouts and storytelling structures that clearly communicate project objectives, processes, and outcomes.
• Design pitches, proposals, and concept notes in alignment with S-Cube's brand and client expectations.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality production across all client deliverables.

• Lead the development of visual storytelling concepts for client projects and communications.
• Translate research findings, program outcomes, and narratives into visual stories suitable for digital, print, and multimedia formats.
• Prepare visual briefs, storyboards, and creative directions for photo and video production.

• Act as the main point of coordination with external photo and video production partners.
• Align with partners on creative direction, timelines, and deliverables.
• Supervise and review photo and video outputs to ensure alignment with S-Cube's standards and client requirements.
• Provide feedback and guidance to production partners to ensure high-quality final outputs.

• Prepare all external marketing and communication materials for S-Cube, including profiles, presentations, and digital assets.
• Design visual content for project-related communications, including social media posts and digital updates, when required.
• Maintain and consistently apply S-Cube's brand guidelines across all platforms and outputs.

• Work closely with research, programs, communications, and business development teams to understand content and storytelling needs.
• Incorporate internal and client feedback into design and visual outputs.
• Support additional design and visual communication tasks as needed across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in visual design, communications, or creative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation design tools (PowerPoint).
• Experience designing reports, proposals, and professional presentations.
• Experience working with or coordinating external creative vendors is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
