Wedding planner vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for our clients, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to create a memorable and perfect day. This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available for non-native speakers.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
• Create detailed event timelines and budgets
• Source vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided according to contract
• Assist with venue selection and decoration
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs
• Plan and oversee wedding rehearsals
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

• Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is preferred but not required
• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred
