- Prepare, review, and analyze BOQs for landscape construction and maintenance projects.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings (softscape, hardscape, irrigation, civil works).
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Evaluate variations and price change orders.
- Monitor project cost performance and budget control.
- Coordinate with Contracts & Commercial Administrator on claims and variations.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and subcontractor evaluations.
- Review subcontract agreements and payment certificates.
- Support procurement team with quantity verification.
- Ensure proper documentation for cost tracking and audit compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years in contracting companies
