Site Manager- UG Cables

The Site Manager is responsible for the day to day management and coordination of construction activities on site. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Site Manager will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule.

• Oversee all on site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed site specific project plans, including work schedules, resource allocation, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to address any problems that arise.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring they meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and resolve disputes.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and payment schedules.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to site personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the site team.
• Manage employee relations and address any issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the project.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and financial updates.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide regular project updates to the Project Director.
• Address and resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Previous SEC Approval as a Site Manager
• 7-10 years of experience in site management
• PMP Certification
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
