OverviewAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the vital link between L’Oréal and our third-party logistics (3PL) partners in Jeddah and Riyadh. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless execution, seamless coordination, and complete inventory accuracy to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Operational Excellence:
Act as the main point of contact for 3PL teams, monitoring daily KPIs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for inbound, picking, and dispatch activities are consistently met. Guarantee adherence to L’Oréal's safety and quality standards, including FEFO/FIFO rotation. - System & Data Integrity:
Oversee all transactions, ensuring physical movements are accurately and promptly recorded in SAP. Perform daily reconciliations between SAP and the 3PL's Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate and resolve discrepancies. - Inventory & Delivery Coordination:
Lead cycle counting and annual physical stock counts to maintain inventory integrity. Coordinate with transport teams to ensure outbound shipments are correctly prioritized and synchronized with the daily dispatch schedule. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in operational and system interfaces, proposing and driving lean-based solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize documentation flow.
- Background in warehouse supervision, specifically with experience managing 3PL partnerships.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM/WM modules) and a high level of competency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to reconcile data and solve complex inventory challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to manage vendors and align with internal teams.
- Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or 5S) is a significant advantage.
