Sheera Lateen Sweets is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our sales operations as we continue expanding our market presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager role, based in Jeddah, requiring on-site presence.

Oversee sales operations and develop strategies to meet revenue targets
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients
Manage and mentor the sales team
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare sales reports and set goals
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives
B2B Sales Management (Wholesale Customers)
Coordinate with Production & Supply Chain
Inventory & Product Performance Monitoring
Budget & Profitability Management

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Analytical Skills, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning abilities
Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
Experience in Team Leadership and Performance Management
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of local market dynamics and fluency in Arabic and English are highly desirable
