Job Objective

To develop foundational experience in fleet and operations management by providing administrative, technical, and coordination support across maintenance, compliance, fuel optimization, and flight operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support preparation of ACMI agreement documents and coordinate meetings.
  • Monitor aircraft fleet performance and share updates with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records for preventive and heavy maintenance activities.
  • Assist with communication to regulatory authorities and track approvals.
  • Help prepare incident reports and collect needed data.
  • Process tickets and visas for lessor staff and crew.
  • Support the Fuel Optimization Program by tracking fuel use and route compliance.
  • Gather information for diversions, payload studies, and fuel saving initiatives.
  • Follow up on over flight and landing permissions to avoid operational delays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
