Job Purpose

To provide essential administrative, operational, and client support to the PMC sales team. This role ensures that all sales processes-from order handling to customer communication-are executed efficiently and accurately. The sales Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination, helping streamline operations, track performance metrics, and maintain strong client relationships that support business growth.

Main

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist sales team with daily admin tasks: sales reports, quotations, meeting scheduling, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, CRM entries, and sales documents.
  • Manage full order cycle: order receipt, coordination, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory, track shipments, and support procurement/logistics.
  • Act as first contact for client inquiries; ensure prompt, professional responses.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and the sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Support sales forecasts, revenue tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Maintain KPIs and generate reports on growth, pipeline, and trends.
Requirements
  • Diploma's degree in Chemical, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent English language
