To provide operational and administrative support for corporate rental and chauffeur drive services, ensuring smooth execution of client requests and efficient coordination with internal teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction for key accounts.
AccountabilitiesHandle day-to-day requests from corporate clients for rentals and chauffeur services.
Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-up with rental car team (Cash to Cash and Credit).
Ensure service standards and client satisfaction.
Support Key Account Managers with reporting and documentation.
Liaise with operations and dispatch teams.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company fleet solutions.
Track account performance and report to Sales Management.
Qualification2-3 years in customer service or operations.
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business or related field.
Good in Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal booking systems.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
