Position Overview

Supports the design and development of HR applications and data management solutions based on business needs and capabilities. This may include functional and technical system requirements, functional process performance measures/metrics and reporting, and/or system maintenance and testing.

• Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area.
• Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.
• Often explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally.
• Infrequently uses influence to convince primarily others internally where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Regularly corrects or resolves issues or problems in existing systems and processes; makes minor changes.
• Less often adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; makes them better as part of day-to-day activities.
• Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.

• University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelors Degree, 1 Year.
• Evaluated in context of the standard size.
• Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others.
• Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.
