Role Purpose
Lead the Holding’s strategy formulation support, annual planning cycle coordination, and enterprise transformation governance to ensure strategic priorities are translated into executable plans, aligned across subsidiaries, and delivered through disciplined .
.Key Responsibilities
A) Strategy & Strategic Insights
- Support group long-term strategy development through structured analysis, opportunity assessment, and benchmarking.
- Consolidate subsidiary strategic inputs and ensure alignment with Holding strategic direction.
- Develop strategic options, scenarios, and recommendations for executive decision-making.
- Prepare strategy materials for CEO/CSGO and governance forums.
- Coordinate the annual business planning cycle across subsidiaries, ensuring consistency of approach, timeline, and templates.
- Facilitate consolidation of business plans to ensure they align with Holding priorities, strategic corridors, and target outcomes.
- Support linkage between strategy, annual plan, and performance management cycle (with Finance/CFO as needed).
- Coordinate the enterprise transformation roadmap and ensure initiatives are sequenced, prioritized, and governed.
- Track dependencies, risks, and adoption issues across cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure transformation initiatives have defined business cases, owners, milestones, and measurable benefits.
- Facilitate structured resolution of cross-entity strategic issues, trade-offs, and priority conflicts through analysis, facilitation, and executive decision support to ensure alignment with group strategy.
- Support operating model updates, governance/decision-rights clarity, and organizational effectiveness work (in partnership with HR).
- Coordinate prioritization and sequencing of strategic initiatives across the group to ensure resource alignment and focus on highest-value initiatives.
- Maintain dashboards for strategy execution progress and transformation portfolio performance.
- Provide early-warning insights on delivery risks, misalignment, or value leakage.
- Support monthly/quarterly executive reviews with structured reporting and recommendations.

- Excel modeling;
Power BI (preferred).
- 8–15 years in strategy, corporate planning, transformation office, or consulting
- Experience working across multiple business units/subsidiaries
- Exposure to operating model / org effectiveness is a plus
- Bachelors required; MBA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering is preferred .
