Job Description:

Our client is a leading player in the food industry, specializing in the distribution of premium rice products. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry to join their team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the client base and market presence.
• Identify potential clients in the B2B segment and establish strong business relationships.
• Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 5-8 years in B2B sales within the food industry, with a focus on rice products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local rice market in Riyadh is a plus.
