The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Key Accountabilities- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Define objectives, identify and evaluate trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Sales experience with 5-8 years in a successful sales management role.
