This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based between Jeddah & Riyadh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The individual will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, provide market insights, and contribute to business growth.

Regular reporting, market analysis, and team collaboration are essential parts of the role.

• Experience in Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets and leading sales initiatives.
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and effective communication for building and maintaining partnerships.
• Knowledge of Market Analysis and ability to provide valuable insights to drive effective strategies.
• Proficiency in Business Development and handling customer needs with a solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with decision-making capabilities and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the professional training & development industry is a plus.
