Tendering & Contracting Sr. Manager

As a Tendering & Contracting Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, managing contracts, and ensuring effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals for the company.

• Develop and implement tendering strategies to win new contracts and projects.
• Review and assess tender documents to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms.
• Manage the entire contracting process from initiation to closure, including contract renewals and extensions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with legal requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in tendering, contracting, and negotiating deals within the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
