Key responsibilities
- Issue Delivery notes and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Monitor order status, materials delivery, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of materials/services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.
- Track lead times and supplier performance, recommending cost-saving and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (construction/ICT/low-current experience is a plus ).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple requests under time pressure.
