Key Responsibilities- Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance.
- Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
