Our Client, a prestigious global multinational company specializing in construction chemical products, is looking to hire a motivated and career driven
- Distribution Sales Executive, Jeddah-KSA.

Designation: Distribution Sales Executive

Reporting Line: Distribution Manager

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Note: Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred

Job Purpose

Conduct and manage sales for the allocated customer base, continuously expand the customer base and market share, and meet or exceed the agreed sales budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the products and services offered, including their features and unique selling points.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regional developments to adapt strategies.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, projects, and distribution partners to expand market presence.
  • Generate leads through market surveys, networking, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Monitor distributor performance, renewal agreements, and payment collections to maintain healthy business relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, planning, customer service, finance) for smooth distribution processes.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to management.
  • Plan and manage timely product delivery, inventory levels, and risk mitigation in the distribution network.
  • Work with marketing to develop campaigns supporting the distribution strategy and increasing sales.
  • Conduct training programs for distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer and distributor insights to improve offerings.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)

Responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable corporate and local procedures related to their role, with periodic assessments of compliance.

Skills and Competencies Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in distribution management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of distribution channels, logistics, and supply chain processes
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
