Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, and willing to travel when required to support business operations and executive activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
  • Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and event schedules
  • Accompany senior management to meetings or events when required
  • Follow up on management directives and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Willingness and ability to travel within and outside the Kingdom as required
  • Experience in the events or corporate sector is a plus
