Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information with discretion, and willing to travel when required to support business operations and executive activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
- Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and event schedules
- Accompany senior management to meetings or events when required
- Follow up on management directives and ensure timely execution
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Willingness and ability to travel within and outside the Kingdom as required
- Experience in the events or corporate sector is a plus
