On behalf of a real estate development company we work with, we are currently seeking experienced professionals to join their team in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah & Mecca). As one of the leading real estate development companies in the industry, we are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our management team in our Saudi Arabia (Jeddah and Mecca) operations. The primary quality we look for in new team members is their alignment with our corporate values and company culture.

Accordingly, the key qualifications we are looking for in this role are as follows:

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (Turkish: nice to have)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong planning skills
  • Deadline-driven with effective time management skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Presentable with excellent diction and a positive, welcoming behaviour
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
  • Synchronize executive and sales team calendars to optimize time management and scheduling
  • Facilitate meeting logistics, record minutes, and track follow-up actions to ensure alignment with sales targets and project timelines.
  • Manage comprehensive domestic and international travel and corporate accommodation arrangements. Oversee business lunches, sales-oriented events, and high-level investor/guest hosting in accordance with company standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, effectively filtering and routing information for the executive and sales team.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows and documentation between the executive and the sales unit to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Streamline daily office operations and provide high-level administrative assistance to the executive and sales leadership.
