- Manage all the administrative work of the department and Head Office.
- Coordinate with HR regarding contracts, staff documentation, leaves, and recruitment follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit required internal requests (HR, Finance, Procurement, IT).
- Organize and manage executive meetings.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Follow up on the entire team task list and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with all required departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Manage GM calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft official correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Degree in business administration or related field
- 3–5 years in executive support (contracting experience preferred)
