Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing office and facility management operations, including utilities and employee-related administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office and facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Handle and review electricity bills and coordinate with service providers.
- Manage medical insurance administration
, including enrollments, claims, and renewals. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure office maintenance, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
- Support management with administrative reports and coordination.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administration or facility management.
- Proven experience with utilities (electricity bills) and medical insurance
. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
