Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing transport and sanitation services company in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal errors.

This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, controlling expenses, managing invoices, and supporting daily operations.

• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor operational expenses (fuel, maintenance, salaries, etc.)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Ensure VAT compliance and regulatory requirements
• Generate detailed Excel reports for management decision-making
• daily tasks reports

• 3-6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level required)
• Pivot tables
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Financial formulas
• Data analysis
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good working knowledge of English and Arabic (basic communication is acceptable)
• Must be based in Jeddah
