Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Prepare tax documents
• Compile and analyze financial statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger and financial statements
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting procedures
• Provide financial insights and reports to management

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
