You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Exposure to various conditions typical of store and delivery environments include varying weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot oven surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges and moving parts, and driving in various conditions.

• Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks. Depth perception. Far vision and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving are required as part of typical duties. Details include:

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed standing; work surfaces between 36" and 48".
• Walking:
  Short distances; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Sitting:
  Desk work and paperwork in an office setting.
• Lifting/Carrying:
  Deliveries may include up to 50 pounds; cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72"; carrying packages and ingredients as needed.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Move trays on dollies; occasional pulling.
• Climbing:
  Navigate stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance; up to five or more flights during delivery in some cases.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist at assembly and front counter; occasional.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuous reaching; occasionally above 72" to access ovens or signs; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift.

Team Members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
