Jasper Electric Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our electric motor sales and service operations. This role will manage sales, ordering, inventory, shipping, and warranty tasks for electric motors. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and customer-focused, building strong relationships to identify and meet customer needs.

Location: Jasper Electric Motors, 733 W. Division Rd., Jasper, IN 47546 Hours:6:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday (average 47.5 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote New Motors & Parts
• Order New Motors & Parts
• Bill New Motors & Parts
• Warranty Paperwork on New Motors
• Create Job Cards
• Ship Items via UPS Fedex or LTL
• Pull New Motors for Customers
• Unload and Load Customers
• Unload Trucks

Desired

Experience:

• Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Electric Motor industry preferred but not required
• Specialization in new Electric motor applications & products preferred but not required
• Ability to learn and utilize computer programs
