Cathedral Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to our residents. As a key member of our nursing team, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the well-being of those we serve.

We are also hiring a Full-Time RN Supervisor for our Weekend Option Program. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the clinical care delivered during the Friday–Sunday day shifts, supporting both residents and staff while helping to ensure smooth, high-quality operations throughout the weekend.

Available Shift for RN Floor Nurse:

• Thursday 6p-6a PT

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday 6p-10p

• PRN: flexibility available for all shift shifts

This schedule offers stability while allowing flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy a set 3-day full-time schedule (Friday–Sunday) while earning full-time pay and benefits—ideal for those who prefer a consistent routine with weekdays free.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

• Educate and support residents and their families on health-related topics

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
