Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide coverage across medical practices under physician supervision. This supplemental role supports our mission of delivering high-quality care with respect, compassion, and stewardship. Position requires licensure in the state of Indiana, with certification by the ANCC/AANP as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (acute care or family practice) or NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant.

Supplemental coverage will include the following locations with Memorial:

• Memorial Health Employer Services (combined occ med/worksite clinic)
• Huntingburg Urgent Care
• Martin County Health Center
• Loogootee Family Medicine
• French Lick Family Medicine
• Country Health Center
• Petersburg Family Medicine
• Memorial Health Washington - A
• Dale Family Medicine
• Santa Claus Family Medicine
• Ferdinand Family Medicine

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using advanced skills.
• Develop and implement care plans, evaluate outcomes, and provide patient education.
• Perform clinical procedures such as suturing, casting, and venipuncture.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing and current Indiana Advanced Practice Nursing license.
• Authority to prescribe, including controlled substances.
• Indiana Controlled Substances Registration and DEA registration.
