Production Manager
Overview
G&T Industries is an employee‑owned manufacturing company located in Jasper. We currently have an opening for a first‑shift production supervisor in a high‑paced environment. This hands‑on supervisory role reports directly to the Production Manager.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role and will be responsible for coordinating manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to achieve daily production schedules. Other duties include workforce training, meeting quality standards, supporting lean initiatives, and providing input for employee performance appraisals.
Working HoursMonday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM with occasional overtime.
