Job Description- Inspect parts for damage, color consistency, alignment, compliance or any other material specifications
- Lift parts from 0 to 50 pounds
- Skilled in the use of air‑driven hand tools
- Comprehend and perform proper gluing processes
- Skilled in assembly
- Must be willing to cross‑train in other areas
- Able to read production orders
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Ability to work with others, work in team environment, give/receive feedback
- Support Kimball International's Safety and Quality policy
- Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly.
- Able to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently or as a team.
- Flexible with work schedules.
- Good attendance
- Previous Assembly experience preferred
- Able to effectively use problem solving skills.
- Meet the physical demands of the job, especially lifting.
- Understand the effects of the material used on finished surfaces.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to communicate and read/write in English language for this role
- Work in a team environment.
- Able to verify paperwork and tickets.
