Job Overview: As the Branch and Sales Recruiter, you will focus on recruiting and hiring top talent in two specific groups:
Outside Sales and Branch Operations. With 50+ branches across the country, you will attract, review, interview and help select candidates in various roles, including outside sales representative, branch warehouse manager and delivery driver. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure successful placement of top talent candidates. You will manage the entire recruitment process for these areas, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

You will help develop recruitment strategies, assess candidates’ skills, and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Branch and Sales Recruiter will also collaborate regularly with fellow team members of the People Services Team.

Location: This is an onsite (non-remote) position located at our headquarters facility in Jasper, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening:
    Post jobs in select markets, utilizing our ATS and online job boards and recruitment sites.
  • Candidate Assessment:
    Review candidates, conduct interviews (virtually or via phone), evaluate experience skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with and provide guidance to sales and branch leadership to move candidates through the application and hiring process.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    Manage recruitment process from job posting to offer to coordinating onboarding and screening.
  • Onboarding:
    Facilitate orientation.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Interviewing expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in recruitment or related field
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively interact with leadership, internal teams and external candidates
