We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Transporter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients to and from various clinical and support areas via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed, ensuring timely care and safe handling of medical equipment such as oxygen tanks and IV pumps. Performs receptionist and clerical duties as needed.

Answers phones, takes messages, and assists with directing questions and concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Transport patients safely to and from clinical and support areas via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed.
• Handle and assist with medical equipment (e.g., oxygen tanks, IV pumps) with safe practices.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties as needed, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.

Required education: High School diploma preferred but not required.

Experience: Previous patient care experience preferred. Medical terminology and/or experience in hospital or related setting helpful. Computers knowledge. Interest in pursuing secondary education in Medical Imaging preferred.

Training: Orientation for 3-6 weeks. Must complete basic life support training within 3 months of hire.
