Meyer Distributing is looking for an Administrative Support person to join our Jasper, IN team. Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor serving automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more, with 85+ locations across the country. Meyer Logistics is a transportation company that supports Meyer Distributing’s shipping network, with a fleet of 500+ top-of-the-line trucks.

Pay- Starting at $18+/hour
- Monday through Friday: 6:00am to 2:00pm
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Valid IN driver’s license required
- Previous maintenance or office administration experience preferred
- Keying in and keeping track of key maintenance data and documents
- Enter invoices into system and maintain records
- Enter work orders into system and maintain records
- Keeping track of items being shipped and delivered
- All other duties as assigned

- Must be knowledgeable of computers and working with applications for tracking documents.
- Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to give special attention to detail required. Must have ability to identify letters and numbers.
- Must be able to work effectively without constant and direct supervision.
- Must adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and is able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- The individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, and responds to management direction.
