Store Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
  • Create a welcoming environment and ensure customers receive outstanding service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance and coach teams to achieve results.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Credit Department for collections.
  • Manage inventory and product flow.
  • Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas for growth and engage in company initiatives.
  • Lead with integrity, accountability, and an ownership mindset.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven retail or customer‑focused leadership experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and drive accountability.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
Physical Requirements & Professional Expectations
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in warehouse and delivery environments.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required).
