Store Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high‑performing sales team.
- Create a welcoming environment and ensure customers receive outstanding service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and coach teams to achieve results.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with Credit Department for collections.
- Manage inventory and product flow.
- Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for growth and engage in company initiatives.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and an ownership mindset.
- Proven retail or customer‑focused leadership experience.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to build trust, motivate teams, and drive accountability.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
- Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Work in warehouse and delivery environments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required).
