Overview

The Systems Business Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex projects that involve the analysis of business processes and the development of technology solutions to meet organizational objectives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that IT systems align with business goals.

• Lead and oversee complex business systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of business process modeling tools, requirements management software, and advanced system analysis techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
