The Equipment Operator is a key driver of our success in our Wisconsin Terminal. The Equipment Operator utilizes forklifts with capacities up to 35,000lbs to load 48' stepdeck trailers to maximum capacity by weight and volume. This is a dynamic role which requires high stress‑tolerance, interpersonal skill, collaboration, and ability to make decisions due to changing priorities.

This is a full‑time, 2nd shift, hourly position and you must be available 50+ hours per week. The Equipment Operator often works 6 days per week based on business need.

Candidate must pass a pre‑employment background check and physical.
