- Provide supervised addiction counseling and case management in an outpatient setting.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
- Complete assessments, diagnostics, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per state, federal, and agency standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in staff development and training.
- May require some evening hours to meet client needs.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
- Valid SAC‑IT, SAC, or CSAC license from WI DSPS.
- 1+ year experience working with correctional populations preferred.
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and counseling principles.
- Ability to travel locally up to 25%.
