Position DetailsSecurity Officer - Foot Patrol – Horicon, WI (Part Time)
Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Mon 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Fri 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Sun 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

- Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor check‑in and/or badge issuance, and direct deliveries to designated receiving areas per site policy.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving, communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document unusual conditions, and elevate maintenance and/or operational concerns through the established chain of communication.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
