Division: Janesville (Full Time, Exempt)

Position: Account Executive

Under the direction of the Division Manager, the account executive is responsible for acquiring new accounts and/or projects in accordance with Company sales and profit objectives and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED
• Years of relevant work experience: 5 years of industry experience preferred
• Certificates/Licenses:
  Driver’s License
• Physical job requirements:
  Move throughout office, construction site, general outdoor environments, and use/climb a ladder

• Customer relations:
  Maintain and develop relationships with new and current customers.
• New business:
  Identify, develop, and generate new business activity. Estimate projects, obtain bid bonds and negotiate contracts.
• Repair quotes:
  Take, evaluate, and prioritize repair requests and generate quotes in a timely manner.
• Preventive maintenance:
  Provide preventive maintenance quotes to customers.
• Training:
  Keep current on vendor equipment updates and enhancements.
• Participate in postmortem reviews of projects as requested.
