• Base pay range of $40,000.00 - $62,965.00
• Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan

• Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share within assigned territory
• Perform and lead sales efforts while managing the local Profit Center
• Ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences through adherence to company policies
• Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio
• Collaborate with a team to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

• 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities

• Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
• Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
