Job Overview

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs.
• Set visual presentations and maintain product availability to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute backroom organization and maintain a safe working environment.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through and support price change processes.
• Support fulfillment and guest services, including back-up cashier and order pick-up.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule and reliable attendance.
