• Base pay between $17.50 - $22.00/hr

We are currently seeking candidates to join our traveling Set Crew. Based out of the corporate office in Janesville, Wisconsin, the Set Crew travels to store locations to layout, assemble and repair fixtures at existing and new retail stores, along with DC centers. In addition, this team will conduct facility inspections and repairs. This position assists in setting up new store locations, remodeling existing stores, and supporting projects at various Farm & Fleet and Blain Supply locations.

Job duties include frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and rare lifting up to 100 lbs. Primary Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assemble and repair fixtures as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Work with store managers, merchant group, marketing, and Engineering on scheduling of work.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve Blains organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities done in the field on job sites.
• Install all types of signage within the stores. Hanging or mounted style and working w/ the marketing team on placement.
• Assist Facilities as assigned and demonstrate awareness and compliance w/ Loss Prevention and Safety policies and/or procedures

• This position requires 100% of traveling store to store and being “on the road” 5 days a week for up 50 weeks a year
• Must have valid Driver License
• Understand and read Blueprints.
• Ability to understand basic construction terminology.
• Basic knowledge of knowing how things go together.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
