RN - Oncology

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Infusion team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, holistic nursing care to patients in a clinical setting, supporting the nursing mission and strategic plan.

• Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with nursing techniques and state laws.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with established standards.
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient and family education at the appropriate understanding level.
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Utilize clinical expertise to support other units and resolve systemic breakdowns.
• Engage in patient safety and experience management.
• Influence professional environments positively and participate in shared governance.
• Support personal development and evidence-based practice guidelines.

• Current WI RN or Compact RN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy (ONS) Certification.
