• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred if required.
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and crisis management skills.

• Assess, monitor, and document patient mental and physical health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Implement individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family education regarding mental health and treatment plans.
• Maintain safety and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral crises or emergencies.
• Document care and observations accurately in the EMR system.
