Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician at NAPCO Security Technologies

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (night shift, 2/2/3 rotation)

• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems duties
• Assess and proactively predict operational state of equipment, filters, oil, hydraulics, compressors, motors, pumps, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Determine immediate and future action to eliminate unscheduled downtime
• Install and set up barrels and screws on all extruders with minimal supervision
• Complete welding tasks as required

• Self‑starter with hand‑on experience in troubleshooting
• Experience with maintenance of production equipment
