• Start‑up, diagnosis and troubleshooting of injection molding presses, auxiliary equipment and secondary production equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality are primary initiatives while running machines at optimum cycles.
• Document process settings, process changes, water diagrams and other information to aid future set‑ups and production runs.
• Conduct timely quality attribute inspections (visual/dimensional) and correct non‑conformances or machine malfunctions immediately.
• Promote process adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Minimum five (5) years of injection molding experience or experience as a Process Technician.
• Good knowledge of plastics, PVC, materials/resins.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate of training beyond high school preferred.
