D365 F&O System Administrator

We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O System Administrator to join our Digital Platforms & Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our D365 environments, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability across all environments.

You will execute daily system administration duties, perform deployments, monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement of operational processes. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members, contribute to documentation, and play a key role in strengthening our overall D365 ecosystem.

• Execute D365 code deployments, configuration migrations, and standard data fixes.
• Perform Microsoft platform and application updates, including pre-checks, deployment support, and validation.
• Monitor Logic Apps, integrations, and environment health—troubleshooting and escalating as needed.
• Administer D365 security, user provisioning, and role management.
• Track system performance metrics and proactively communicate potential risks.
• Work within Azure Dev Ops, Lifecycle Services, and deployment pipelines to support release activities.
• Support environment refreshes, configuration work, and Azure-related changes in collaboration with senior administrators.
• Update documentation, checklists, and operational materials to maintain accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, processes, monitoring, and deployment reliability.
• Identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.

• Proven ability to perform system administration in a D365 or AX production environment.
• Strong understanding of D365 configuration, environments, and user/security administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services supporting D365 (Logic Apps, AAD app registrations, Key Vault).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures, troubleshoot predictable issues, and identify when to escalate.

• 4+ years supporting Dynamics AX or D365 F&O in an operational capacity.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops

  , and environment operations
