Base pay: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Harpers Place is seeking compassionate and highly motivated Case Managers to provide short-term residential stabilization services to individuals experiencing mental health crises. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, supporting crisis response planning, facilitating groups, administering medication, and collaborating with the clinical team.

• Support individualized crisis stabilization response and service planning
• Facilitate daily individual and group sessions (non-therapeutic)
• Document behaviors, interventions, and progress within 24 hours
• Coordinate care and communicate updates with internal clinical team
• Participate in staffings and professional development sessions
• Maintain compassionate, professional relationships with clients and team
• Maintain a minimum billing rate of 66% through timely and accurate documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health, human services, or related field preferred
• CNA certification may be considered with relevant experience
• Experience working with adults in crisis or with co-occurring disorders
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery-based practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Must be able to sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
• Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals

• Successfully pass a Federal Background Check and State Caregiver Background Check.
• Complete a pre-employment physical, drug test, and TB test.
• Successfully complete all CBRF, DHS 34 & 83 trainings. All pre-employment and training requirements are paid for by RVCP.
