This is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role based in Janesville, WI. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with youth and families to provide behavioral analysis, develop individualized support plans, and conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions. The therapist will also mentor children, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to program development while ensuring services align with trauma-informed care principles.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
- Educational background or experience in Psychology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with children, including designing and implementing support plans
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field (required)
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to different environments
