Behavioral Therapist

LHBM Legacy LLC is a youth and family service agency dedicated to fostering growth, healing, and purpose through meaningful relationships. Serving youth ages 5–18 across Wisconsin, the organization offers Medicaid-funded programs such as CLTS, CCS, and CST services, along with community-based mentorship, restorative justice, and school partnerships. Its signature initiative, The Huddle, is a 36-week social-emotional learning (SEL) program that equips young individuals with emotional intelligence and lifelong skills.

With a focus on trauma-informed care, LHBM Legacy LLC prioritizes compassion, consistency, and accountability to empower children and their families. Additionally, the agency offers unique opportunities like life skills support, competitive sports teams, and an EA gaming program to inspire growth in young lives.

This is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role based in Janesville, WI. The Behavioral Therapist will work directly with youth and families to provide behavioral analysis, develop individualized support plans, and conduct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions. The therapist will also mentor children, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to program development while ensuring services align with trauma-informed care principles.

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Educational background or experience in Psychology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with children, including designing and implementing support plans
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field (required)
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to different environments
